Refunds and exchanges on retail priced items and apparel.

NO refunds or exchanges on sale merchandise, All sales are final on sale merch. 

Exchanges are ONLY accepted on regular price merchandise.

The merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the date of order. Items must be in 100% new condition (washed, worn or altered items will not be accepted)

The cost of shipping will not be refunded on exchanges.

If Restored Apparel has shipped you the wrong item, please send us an email to restoredboutique1@gmail.com

We will respond within 24 hours of receiving your email.

If you have received a damaged or defective item, please get in contact with us immediately within 14 days of receiving your order.

In addition to sending us an email. Attach a note along with your exchange detailing the size and or item you would like us to exchange it for.

We will send you the information on how to ship when contacted..
