HEALTHY LIFE

5yrs into a great consistent workout schedule. Im learning as I grown and train that there is a lot to learn when your trying to maintain a deathly lifestyle and body. Its amazing how great you feel when you break a lot of bad habits like the ones I had like this demon called “sugar” LOL… I love candy and all the great treats which caused me to be over weight and feeling not so good most of the time!

Change!

The first thing I needed to do was to make my mind up.I was determined not to go another day feeling bad, out of breath and weak. This is not the life god had for me and also not the way I wanted to live so I made a dramatic change. 1) Eat right 2)excersize 3) set goals 4) get as much information as possible 6) stay consistent 7) work hard… With in a month i lost around 30 pounds of weight.

Now Im able to help others reach there goals as a trainer and coach! God is Good
